Encore Box Returns & Refunds Policy

Because each Encore Box is lovingly prepared and customised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a box has shipped.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description.
We’ll replace the item or offer a suitable resolution at no extra cost.


Cancellations

For rolling monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime before your next billing date via email to [email protected].

For 6- or 12-month plans: cancellations take effect after the commitment period ends.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

A duplicate payment was made in error, or

We are unable to fulfil a box.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
